Step 1: Register & Add Balance

1. Register your account at CallSpoof Signup
2. Add balance to your account via our Refill Page

Step 2: Download EyeBeam Software

Download and install the EyeBeam softphone client:

Run the setup and register it with the provided license key during installation.

Step 3: Configure Your SIP Account

Once EyeBeam is installed, configure your SIP account settings:

1. Open EyeBeam and go to Settings (or right-click the phone icon)

2. Navigate to SIP Accounts → Click Add a SIP Account
3. Fill in the following details exactly as shown:

4. Make sure "Register with domain" is checked
5. Click Apply then OK

Step 4: Start Making Calls

Your SIP account should now be registered and ready to use! You can start making calls through the EyeBeam client.

Troubleshooting

If your SIP connection still fails:

• Ensure your firewall allows SIP traffic (ports 5060, 10000-20000)
• Verify your credentials are correct
• Check that you have sufficient balance in your account
• Contact our support team if issues persist
