01. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing callspoof.org or using any CallSpoof service constitutes use of the service. Creating a CallSpoof account, or otherwise using our services, is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By doing so, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, where published, also apply to your use of the service and form part of the overall agreement between you and CallSpoof.
If you are using CallSpoof on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
CallSpoof may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through this website or other official CallSpoof communication channels made available to you. Your continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
02. Description of Services
CallSpoof provides a range of voice and connectivity services, including:
- VoIP calling to destinations available in our current service and rate offering, subject to route availability
- SIP trunking and SIP connectivity for business and call-center operations
- DID (phone number) provisioning
- Toll-free number provisioning, where offered
- IVR configuration and related services, where offered
- TDM route access
- Premium voice termination and routing
CallSpoof operates on a prepaid service model. Service features, pricing, and availability may change over time, and route or carrier availability can affect the service actually delivered on a given call.

03. Account Registration
When you register a CallSpoof account, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
- Keep your account information up to date
- Protect your username and password
- Protect your SIP credentials
- Take responsibility for all activity on your account
- Promptly notify CallSpoof of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach
- Refrain from creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension or restriction placed on another account
CallSpoof may refuse registration, or restrict, suspend, or terminate an account, where these Terms, our policies, security requirements, or registration requirements have been violated.
04. Acceptable Use Policy
Our complete Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. The following uses are prohibited on the CallSpoof platform:
- Fraud
- Unlawful impersonation
- Criminal activity
- Harassment or threats
- Harming individuals or groups
- Unsolicited bulk communications or unlawful spam
- Robocalls placed without required consent
- Violations of the U.S. Truth in Caller ID Act, where applicable, or equivalent caller-ID laws applicable in your jurisdiction
- Unlawful interception or monitoring, including recording calls without legally required consent
- Phishing, social engineering, or identity theft
- Unauthorized resale or sublicensing of the service
- Circumventing security controls, rate limits, or access controls
- Artificial call traffic or call traffic pumping schemes
This restriction applies to unlawful or unauthorized misuse of caller-ID functionality — it is not a restriction on lawful caller-ID functionality itself.

05. Billing & Payments
CallSpoof operates on prepaid account credit. Service charges are deducted from your account balance as calls are placed and billed according to the applicable rate and billing terms for your account. Prices and rates may change; current rates are reflected through your account and rate information.

06. Refund Policy
Prepaid funds that have already been consumed through service usage are generally non-refundable. CallSpoof may review refund requests in circumstances such as:
- Significant service outages directly attributable to CallSpoof resulting in failed service
- Verified duplicate payments
- Account closure involving a qualifying, substantial unused balance, subject to management review
Note
CallSpoof may decline requests that fall outside the applicable refund criteria. Cryptocurrency transactions may involve network or payment processing fees, and applicable fees may be deducted from, or reflected in, the refunded amount.
07. Service Availability & SLA
CallSpoof targets 99.95% monthly uptime for core VoIP services.
The following are excluded from this target:
- Scheduled maintenance, announced in advance where practical
- Force majeure, including natural disasters, power-grid failures, and government actions
- Third-party carrier or upstream network outages outside CallSpoof's reasonable control
- Customer SIP misconfiguration
- Customer internet, firewall, or network issues
- DDoS or other cyberattacks against infrastructure
Verified service interruptions may be reviewed for account or service-credit eligibility according to the applicable SLA and policy. Credits, where approved, are account credits and are not automatically cash refunds.
CallSpoof may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
08. Intellectual Property
CallSpoof's proprietary materials may include:
- Website text, graphics, logos, and icons
- Software and the client portal interface
- Documentation
- Branding and other proprietary platform material
Except where applicable law expressly permits, you agree not to engage in:
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of this material
- Reverse engineering or decompiling, or attempts to extract protected source code
- Unauthorized use of the CallSpoof brand name, logo, or trademarks
- Unauthorized derivative commercial works based on our platform or materials
Customer, account, and call-related data is processed for service delivery, billing, security, support, compliance, and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
09. Termination
By You
You may request account closure through the available dashboard or support mechanisms. Any unused balance is handled according to our Refund Policy.
By CallSpoof, With Notice
We may terminate an account or service for legitimate business reasons, regulatory changes, or service discontinuation, with 7 days' notice.
Immediate Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for Terms violations, Acceptable Use violations, fraudulent activity, serious abuse, security threats, or legal and regulatory requirements.
Note
Account and call-related records may be retained for compliance, legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute purposes according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CallSpoof's liability is limited in connection with losses resulting from:
- Use of, or inability to use, the services
- Unauthorized account access, or unauthorized alteration of or access to call or account data
- Third-party conduct or content
- Service interruptions, failed calls, or degraded call quality
- Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
CallSpoof's total aggregate liability for claims arising from or relating to the services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CallSpoof during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CallSpoof and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against qualifying claims, losses, and costs — including reasonable legal costs and fees, where appropriate — arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content or traffic transmitted through the network via your account
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
- Unlawful misuse of caller-ID functionality or misuse of VoIP capabilities through your account
- Third-party claims resulting from your use of the service
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed under the law of the State of New Jersey, United States of America, subject to any mandatory applicable law that overrides this choice.
Disputes are addressed in the following order:
Informal Resolution
Contact our support team with the relevant account, transaction, and dispute information.
Mediation
If informal resolution does not succeed, the parties attempt good-faith mediation where applicable.
Litigation
Unresolved disputes proceed before courts having appropriate jurisdiction under the governing-law and venue provisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and CallSpoof waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, waiving any right to participate in a class action.
